[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — SIM is not getting activated | |||
I had approached to Airtel ofr one Post-paid connection. One Mr, Ajay (Mob no. : [protected]) came to me & collected the rquired documents. He also gave me one SIM card (SIM no. :[protected]) on last 12/11/2010. He also gave me one new connection no. (No. : [protected]) against that SIM. He said that the new connection will be activated within 15/11/2010. But. it is still not activated and to my surprise, he is not picking up my calls for last three days. Neither he has shown any urge to contact me & discuss the reason for this delay. I am highly surprised & shocked by the service of such a reputated mobile service provider like "Airtel". If the service is like that while taking a new connection, then I can't immagine what will be afterwards.... Was this information helpful? | |||
