Airtel Prepaid — activation of paid services without our interest and intention | |||
I'm air-tel prepaid mobile user ([protected])for the past 6 years. On 06/10/2012 3 services were activated on my mobile without my intention 1) ASK AN EXPERT ABOUT YOUR CAREER AND JOBS, for 30 Rs/30 days 2)ITEM SONG for 10 Rs/7 days 3)GAMES for 1 Rs and when i tried to contact their costumer care on 121 and 198,the call is getting disconnected saying that i should dial *121*4# to manage my services and no customer care person would talk. when i talked with their Internet customer care they said that it is not in their department and should call the customer care on 121. This is not the first time air-tel is doing this every time they would be deducting money in the name of one plan or the other. Fed up of this money thirsty worst network.
