[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Airtel Friendz chat service | |
I received text message on my mobile from Airtel that Thank you for choosing Airtel Friendz chat service ........ Now Airtel is charging Rs 1 per day for this service which I did not choose or request I received similar Text in March 2012 that Thank you for choosing Airtel Vatsu Pack....... and I was charged Rs 2 per day. I am very disappointed by this kind of cheating by a reputed mobile service provider. They should discontinue the Friends Chat service with immediate effect and refund all deducted amount. dear sir/madammere airtel no. par pichale 1 mahine se freindz chat (no. 543216) band hai mene kai bar customer care par phone laga kar batalaya marag mera problem sol nahi hua. krupiya muge batalaye kya problem hai nahi to me aapka sim badalkar dusara sim lunga kyonki apke yaha 1 miner problem sol karneke liye mahino lag rahe hai. mera mo. no.
