[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Balance deduction not supported by CCE | |||
Dear Team, Complaint No:1- I recharged my mobile number [protected] on 8th February night where I got Rs.86 as balance after that I got it recharged with net pack of 98 (for 21 days). After the recharge I started to use the internet. I was surprised to see the balance was getting deducted from my main account. So i called the customer care executive where I was informed that the net pack will be activated in 1 hour maximum (which is nowhere written on the coupon). So after getting the information I checked my balance which came to Rs.48 from Rs.86 (without making a single phone call). Then today morning i.e on 9th of February I again started to use the internet (as per the executive, the pack must have been activated), and I was shocked to see that again the balance was deducted from my main account. I called to the customer care executive again where I was again informed that I will receive a confirmation message from airtel for the activation of service(which again is nowhere written on the coupon). I asked for the balance refund which was denied. There was some guy Amit from Airtel side. So now without making a single call my balance comes to Rs.13 from Rs.86. Complaint No:2- In the morning i.e on 9th of February I tried to call one of my friend where I got an automated voice message that my balance is low kindly recharge it and my phone got disconnected. I tried to make call 4-5 times but on each and every attempt i was getting the same message and phone was getting disconnected. I again tried to call Customer care where again my attempt to make any voice call failed. So even though I have Rs.13 as balance I am unable to make call. It's so irritating to have a service like this from a company who claims to be the top in the segment. Seems airtel has made its motto "Jo Tera Hai Woh Mera Hai".... Kindly Help. Airtel — deducting pre paid balance for services not asked for
Ihad refilled my airtel card account balance today with 60 rupees and within 1 hour from refilling my balance has been deducted by 30 rupees for which i receive a message saying it is charged for airtel radio service. this is the 3rd time this has happened .earlier i have been charged 60 rupees for ringtons which i had not even subscribed for. i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.42%
