Airtel Prepaid — Unnecessary Amount deduction/ irresponsible customer care | |||
Hi Had done recharge to cell phone number [protected], through online recharge facility of HDFC and i received msg from Airtel stating you are successfully recharged for rs 98, but when i check for balance i found only 10Rs, when i called customer care they are not responding properly and giving false assurance that it will be rectified today and tomorrow like, Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchase the air-tel mob no [protected] and after more than one month the services of this number has been suddenly stop by air-tel on 22 Aug 2012 without any information it happened with me second time.I never thought that the air-tel company is such type ghatiaya company of who is giving the such types poor treatment with customer you don't think that air-tel is a single mobile companies are running in the market and moving their tail and searching for customers.in the market
