[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Without informing barred outgoing | |||
Dear Airtel Service Provider, My outgiong call has been barred without informing,the next day i submiitted the documents in Airtel Customer Center near Rajkumar road bangalore. But due to their improper submission of Document to main nodal office, till now my outgoing is unbarred. I called customer care,almost some 20 people talked to me for two days and every one said it can be done within 48hrs. Then finally i called to nodal office,they said the same thing.. But it did not get rectified. So my concern is why u people give assurance and waste even our time. See now i have to change my number and its very diffcult to give the contact to all known people. Hello Rakesh,
With reference to ur reply.
You can call me on the same number as i am able to recv incoming call's(only outgoing is barred).
Yesterday Mr.Deepak has called me for the same number.I explained him about the concern, he said he will get back to me thats it.
Please do solve this as soon as possible.

As it is almost 1 month long my outgoing has been barred.
I think you people can understand the diffculty of one, changing the number.

As per your instructions i just called to 121 and enquired about my concern.
They say that your number will be recycled.(I spoke Mr.Sunil )
Can u tell me, what u people have resolved.Due to your improper submission of Document from Airtel care to main office, i was told ur number will be recycled.the same i am hearing after 1 month of all these transcations.
And you people are telling that my concern has been resolved.What exactly does this mean.

I am suffering due to your negligence, and you people now simply saying it has been resloved.
Can you expalin what has been resolved.If this is the case dont mind defintly i will logde a complaint in CC.
