[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — regarding activation of my number

sir i m pravin kumar mishra my airtel number is [protected], my number is deactivated due to lack of my id papers but i have already submitted it 2 times first time to the retailer and the second time at the airtel office in kapurthala ,lucknow .
i m suffering from this problem from last 10 days but still there is no activation of my number please look at this matter as soon as possible and make me releived and plz let me know on my secondry number [protected]
