[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — unknown and unnecessary money cutting on balance amount once in two days | |
I am a consistent customer of airtel prepaid service.I had 2 mobile numbers.one of my mobile number got frequent cutting on balance amount for example for every 2 days 4 to 5 rupees for unknown things some times unncessary message come from 3333 i had already told your custmer service that i don't want these joke messages don't send them but still you people are sending these type of messages again and again i too also not all reading messages i open and read and also do delete of that type of messages new messages immediatley coming and a cost of one rupee is being cut from my balance till now like this i had lost more than 200 rupees for clarificiation also your customer care peoples are no t all getting inline.Airtel prepaid services allegedly eating the public's money like this, it is a violation.It is a one kind of stole.They are doing business by arrasement of peoples.Vulnerable customers what will do.Kindly look into the matters immediately or what can i do.with so much pain from hearts.Like me manu of the peoples are suffering a lot.Kindly do corrective action. airtel company has unnessaryly charging the amount withput doing any call my cell number is [protected].plese issue directions to airtel not to charge unnessary amounts and resatore my balance which was unnessarily charged on[protected].
