[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Pathetic customer care

I'm a airtel prepaid customer & have 2 airtel sims & both are campus card nos. As per the campus card policy, call from any campus card no. To any other campus card no. Is 10 paise, & from past couple of days i'm getting charged at normal rate, i. E., 1 ruppee/minute. I have been following up for long now & continiously but with the wrong ppl i suppose.

I have experienced the most cheapest & useless customer care ever, the up customer care by the no. 1 service provider in mobiles, i just dont understand what & who made it no. 1, i'm really sorry that such a company with this pathetic customer service executives is no. 1, i think all [censored]s work in thr...
1. The executives dont know thr job!
2. The executives dont listen to customers
3. The executives dont have any idea abt the product
4. The executives dont have & floor supervisor or team leader
5. Incase thr is a tl or flr. Sup. Thy are having dinner/lunch or not on thr seat or busy with some other customer & finally in meeting even at night 1 am. (Joke by airtel itself)
6. May be airtel is not having any control over its executives & staff over them who are very easily fooling thr customer by giving any false update.
7. The executives dont want to understands the customers problem, bt wnt to keep the phn asap. May be that will lead to thr efficient customer service executive.
8. Every executive gives different update, bt no one is interested to listen to the problem wht customer is saying. (Airtel employees making fun of thr own company which pays them, how good is that) finally the executives will shutdown ur ivr so that u cant make any call to the customer service (Thats how airtel works).
9. The executives will tell u that they have made a note of what u r complaining bt wont provide you any complaint no. (Which clearly shows that they dont generate a complaint in thr system)
10. The airtel arc (Airtel relationship centre) why the hell have they opened so many arc's i dont understand, coz i[censored] go in any arc thr systems are down, how good is that now?
11. Bloody the useless & the cheapest & the up customer service is provided by airtel.
12. Its really shameful & embarrasing for the customers that the company which calls itself no. 1 is providing such pathetic service.

Dear Sir,

I have submitted all documents and taken airtel sim one week back and activated on same day. but after one week i got a call from airtel that some problem is their in my application and they are going to disconnect the incoming and outgoing calls like that, hence now i am requesting u that i want to know what is the problem in my application and please give me 48 hours time to resubmitt the same in airtel offfice.
dear sir, i filed my request yesterday but u have not responded. i recieved sms on 19/aug/08 at 10:15 am from 6787 that thanks for downloading laal duppata as ur hellotune and balance has been deducted.but sir i haven't downloaded it again because my hellotune already existing since 2nd week of july.so y such mistake commited from ur side. i call customer care and complained about it, he says sir wrong balance has been deducted from ur account and we will give ur balance back within 24 hour, but i haven't got my balance back yet. so sir u pls quickly take some action and follow request of one o[censored]r lovingly customer.

Airtel Prepaid — pathetic services

recently i bought airtel prepaid in kanpur(26 june, 2008) from local shoppe.also i got it activated for internet usage via MOBILE OFFICE card by paying 45o Rs., but the irony is that till date i m not able to use it or u can say i m not provided services.i called customer care people several times bt each time they contadict statements given by their fellows, anywys they where good for nothing.now they had barred my customer care service no. from calling them even, i approached local airtel office bt they where also helpless as they are only hired for money minting purpose by airtel.at last i m trying to register compliant on consumer forum as i think these people really need a lesson...plz if anybody can suggest sol.
This has reference to unwanted calls on Mobile No. [protected].

Eventhough, I have not called, I have been receiving the calls from the following mobile numbers since 15 days to confirm whether I have called to them.

Mobile Nos. : - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

In the matter, I have already made the compliant at Airtel Gallery located Vashi. However, I have not received any positive response.

You are therefore requested to look into the matter for stop the unwanted calls from above numbers and also confirm whether my number ([protected]) is allocated to any other person.
I have got a airtel prepaid sim card three days ago but this sim card was not registered please caked and registered now. sim no.[protected] and mobile no. [protected]

ou dealer he charge me 225 for the no i recharge from anohter shop 130 and your customer care ex. call me nad done cv that is +tive after 5 day dealer call me that you proof return back and deposite new id i fail to do so bacause we all know due to karfyu i fail to deposite my ne proof withut any call or intimation company issue sim to another person issue me new sim or return my money back i promise i suggest all my frd that dont ever deal with airtel my sim no is[protected]

MMS activation you need 6-Hours, You can not activate immediately?
OK more than 12 Hours passed till now not activated, How about your services you can justify
Study and improve your services, it is very essential now a days in the competetive market. Customer dissatisfaction is a slow poison take care!.

Totally my family is using 3 sims, For MMS activation tried in 2sims You can refer the messages regarding the above matter ( mobile no.[protected] and [protected])

POSSIBLE TO EDUCATE YOUR LOCAL DEALERS ABOUT YOUR SEVICES AND PROMOTIONS
IT WILL REACH TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY.
my mobile no is [protected], on 15/08/2009 10 rs were deducted without any usage, then i complianed to the customer care, with an hour i received the refund of rs10, but after an hour 10 rs again deucted and my sent messages showed 10 messages sent but actuaaly i have not sent any messages, on next day i tried to cal customer care but i cannot connected.

So, please u r requested to see the matter and solve that problem as early as possible.
