[Resolved]  Airtel - Prepaid — Unnecessarily deduct money from account

Resp.Sir,

I, Ramloganathan, using Airtel Prepaid connection (Mob:No:[protected]) in Maharashtra State. Last 11th January 2009, evening 06:32P:M, I received one message from Airtel that "Your monthly subscription of Airtel FriendzChat hasbeen renewed for Rs25 " and the same time Rs25 deducted from my account. But till now, I'm not activated/use that facility. So immediately I contact the customer care and enquired about this. Then after they assured me to refund my amount within 4hrs, and this 25Rs was automatically credited into my account.

After that 25th January 2009 night 9:00PM, I got the same msg and again 25Rs deducted from my account. This time also I contact the customer care but they told "You are not deactivate" this facility. so the amount deducted. It will not be refund.

My question is "If one person want to deactivate such facility, before that if he activate it". But One person not using/activate such facility, How can he deactivate?

Can Airtel give explanation regarding this matter?

Airtel is in serious trouble. They did the same with my mothers connection. I activated Rs 51 SMS pack vaild for 30 days for 500 local SMS on 27th july 2009 on her mobile. I came outside India after that.

My mother while sending SMS on 1st August realised that balance of 1 rs per SMS are getting deducted. She told me the same and I immidiately emailed airtel on the same. They replied that you have not activated the service ???????? Then I send them transaction ID, date time of the eRecharge an dtold them that I have the SMS with me with recharge confirmation. In this process 2 days went.

Then on 3rd August they activated the service, but they did not refunded the deducted balance. I sending so many communication after that and each time they are sending sincere apology ans stating that they are looking into the matter and would get back by xx date. Then as usual no reply. Re-sending complaint again one more date .. tarikh pe tarikh.

I need compensation for this harrasment and refund of all expenses I have to incur due to this peculiar behaviour from Airtel. Please suggest
Airtel is in WORST CONNECTION IN WORLD. They did the same with my FATHER connection

I am suffering from unused balanced didution of my cell no [protected] from last 4 month .i several time compliant in customer care but they did not d activate net from my cell on 25 july my phone balance is 134 rs & on 26 july morning only 8 rs in my cell on 27 eve there is 1.84 rs and on 28 morning there is -3.86 paisa in my cell.I Regular contact with customer care on 27 eve they told me that ur money will be reembrese on 29 july eve 6 pm but on 28 july i received a call on airtel that my rs not rembrese to me i again call cm care at 6.30 they give another no which is 12118 i talk to punit on this no he says that we used the net but on 25 & 26 there is no body at home & how can it possible that without any person net will used but they refuse to give me the detail on net using & regulary ssys that we used a net says talk to customer care but i am really very tried to call in customer care last month no action will be taken and he refused to pay the amount

Kindly Return my amount sum of rs 150.After all of this the deducted amount on my cell but there is no amount in my cell and the account show in minus.how can i used a any service from airtel because there is no amount in my cell but they deducted the amount

Kindly Help me to sort out the problem.
