[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Wrong Process | |
Dear Sir/Madam, My Airtel prepaid connection no. is [protected]. The thing is that Airtel company deducate Rs46/- from my account balance on 30/1/2009 for previous ie in Nov 2008 Airtel given scheme to me for 200 SMS in 46 Rupees but at that time in my account ballance had no money and after 2 month i recharge my mob. on 27/1/2008 they deducate money form my account. So, my request for SMS is too old and now I not want this scheme and want to refund my money. Pl. guide me how i can refund my money for Airtel. i m sunny verma from ludhiana, i saw many complains of inocent people here, but i think the solutions of these complains comes zero or companys ignore these type of complains, this is totally wrong.government should give stress over these problem.they making fool to suscrieber

Airtel Prepaid — wrong scheme given to me
my name is shivani mahajan using mobile no. [protected]. i told your agent to recharge my mobile for 500/- near samrala chowk, ludhiana on 04/01/09 about 11:00 am.Without asking my intention he gave me scheme of some 150 min. free airtel to airtel and 1/- balance.He didn't tell me about the scheme before recharging.My Trans ID is[protected]. I was expecting balance of 450/- in my mobile but i was shocked to see that i got only one ruppee .After he misbehaved with me . Before recharging your agent should tell about the schemes.Now tell me what should i do with your Airtel to airtel free min. scheme when i have to call on other company's mobile?
