[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Isd Facility Problem | |
Dear Sir/Madam, Its Regarading from Last Eight Days i am calling Airtel Customer Care and they are not solving my Problem, i want to do ISD call from my number which i was doing before the thing is from last 10Days my isd facility is stop and when i am calling isd number they are telling you don't have sufficent balance in your account and i am having the balnce of Rs.200/-, i am fed up from airtel service i am the airtel customer from last 8Yrs but i have never face this type of problem, so i requested to solve my problem as soon as problem as it is very important for me Was this information helpful? | |

Its Regarading from Hello Tune Rental. December 10th automatically activation Hello Tune on my number ([protected]). i dont know how to activate the Hello Tune and one thing i am not asking or request to customer care regarding Hello Tune. And December 10th my balance is 19.59 INR. But you have charged rupees 20 for 20 days. How is it possible. Then i am calling Airtel Customer Care and they are not solving my Problem not only this i cant contact with customer care. To block this facilities. i think these all problems on your staff. Because Dec 8th & 9th i having one problem. so i am claim my balance. But they are telling this is not in my side problem. so sometime i am argument to your staff. So thats why i telling your staff activate my hello tune. So immediately cancel my hello tune and refund my balance. so i requested to solve my problem as soon as problem as it is very important for me.
