Airtel prepaid mobile — Deducting 10 rupees daily
One morning I got a message from "WWW.I.MGFUN.COM" on my cell that thanks for your subscription to i.mgfun.com and you have been charged Rs.10 for that.I was confused that how it has happened. I am using mobile set which is not having facility of GPRS.
From 28th of December onwards Rs.10 is being deducted from my account balance daily.
I have complained 4 times regarding this problem in customer care. Every time I have got assurance only. Till today Rs.10 is being deducted regularly.I have got a message from Airtel on 9th & 10th of January that the service has been deactivated on your request but it is not yet deactivated. My cell no. is [protected]. Deactivate it as soon as possible.
