[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care exicutive is not connecting

I Mr. Shantanu Ghosh having operator No. [protected], from few days costumer service is not connecting, 121 is connecting and after typing ( 9 ) voice says thanking you for calling airtel. And another thing when I am calling this TOLL Free No.[protected], service centre say ( Your Address proof is not proper to call this Number) please tell me what I have to do from my side to solve this and every proof already had been given against this number.

Kindly solve this immeditaly.
