airtel/prepaid connection — prepaid to post paid connection
Hi,I had requested for transfer of prepaid to post paid connection nearly 15 days back, however till now the same has not been done. Also, three days back my sim card has been blocked without any intimation and when i tried reaching the customer care, they say that this number is not avl on records whereas i have been using this no for last 5 yaers. Also, they told me that the same will happen on monday. I want to check does airtel not work on sat/sun. This has led to so much of problem for me. Would request you to take this on priority as i have no resource to reach out to my family and frends. No is [protected]
