[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — deactivation of bhakti tashan services

inspite of many complaints regarding deactivation of bhakti tashan this problem is still unsolved.since last seven weeks rs.20 is being deducted from my balance.every time imade acomplaint iwas assured that this will not happen in future and balance will be reverted back to me.but four days ago date,13.09.09 again rs.20 has deducted.please help me.otherwise ihave to take some action. i have requested you to dectivate bhakti tashan servise on my mobile no. [protected] on 24/9/2009 on next day sunday 25/09/2009 i am happy to know that this sunday not deduct Rs. 20/- on behalf of said servise.
But on monday 26/09/2009, i am received a massege say said servise are renewed and deducte Rs. 20/-
i am requesting you to look in this matter and dectivate the bhakti tashan servise and confirm that the servise is permentaly dectivated on my mobile no. [protected].
