[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Disconnection of [protected]

Dear Sir,

I am subscriber for the mobile no.[protected]. on 03.08.09. After re verifying my second application form I got my connection on 27.08.09. Now my Connection is being stopped from 17th september 2009. For your kind referance I am giving below the SMS messages I received.

• Recharge successful on 03.08.09 at 06.24pm.Talktime Rs.395.00 MRPRs.395.00 Trans ID.[protected].

• Recharge successful on 03.08.09 at 06.55pm.Talktime Rs.20.00 MRPRs.98.00 Trans ID.[protected].

• Kindly deposit your prepaid enrollment form at your nearest outlet to enjoy continued services. To locate Airtel exclusive outlet SMS AEO to 889. Received on 01.05.47pm on 06.08.09

• Thank you for choosing Airtel. We have received your documents and if valid details would be updated shortly. Sender(No name) AZ-service. Received 09.02.17am on 07.08.09.

• Thank you for contacting Airtel. If you are satisfied with the last interaction you had with Mohd. Sher, SMS Yes else No. to toll free No 876. sender (No name) 876.Received at 07.15.14 am on 27.08.09.

I regret to inform you that I contacted Mr. Retesh on No.[protected] and Mrs. Preethy Abraham on her Mobile [protected] regarding Disconnection of the Mobile Number. I had to spend Rs.500.00 for Taxi to go to your retailer in Panjim to verify my Application, in spite of these verification, inspite of your men coming to my residence to verify the address and reactivating my mobile and now it has been stopped. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and mental torture. I have no time to go to your retailer again and again. I will highly appreciate if you could my mobile, if not pay my amount which I paid to your company and other expenses, a sum-total of Rs.1200.00

My friends circle has told me to complaint to the consumer forum and put it on the internet and daily newspapers. These does not suit me personally. I hope You will do the needful immediately.

Ek naya SIM maine liye jiska no [protected], the said SIM only working only 1 month successfully then SIM automatically go off, my follow all your coustomer care, they said we have not receipt the your papers, why u opened here & there in india Airtel Booth or Distributors etc, '''PAISA LIYA OR SIM BAND KAR KE PAIT JAAOGE"
