Airtel Prepaid — Ownership of a SIM

I had purchased one SIM under my name four years back and had also submitted the related documents.

Today when I called customer care,upon telling my name I came to know that the SIM had not been registered under my name.

It has been 4 years and it would be very diffficult for me to change my SIM and impossible to change my name.

Please look into the matter and help me solve this problem.

this is Aamir.i have bought a sim whose sim no is[protected] and mobile no [protected] four days back but it isn't activated yet...i have submitted all papers and proof with it.can u kindly look into the matter and plz activate it at the earliest without further inconvenience
