[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — cant make outgoing calls

hello sir, my name is Evan Emmanuel, my phone number is [protected](rajasthan number). i'm not able to make any std calls from my number. the incoming calls are active. i've called the customer care twice but they are not able to deal with the problem. the problem started on 9th oct 2009 at 9 pm. kindly give me a solution for the above mentioned problem.
