[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — depletion of balance
I am an air tel customer with number [protected], i called customer care for details of my balance depletion due to some service activated on my mobile without my knowledge on 18/12/09, I was not given proper response from the agent Mr Hari
who attended my call. he cut the call without considering my complaint and even didn't tell his full name. This is not the first time that i have been charged for such type of stupid services but every time i called i didn't get any response and every time they blame on me that i had select that service which i never did.And the answer is like Govt. deptt. (kar lo jo karna hai iske alawa)but my query didn't get rectified each time. Now i am fed up from all these kind of things and if this time i will not get any response then i have to disconnect my all air tel connections so please Sir help me and take proper action against the irresponsible agents.
