Airtel Prepaid — NOP NOP NOP Failed | |
Dear Sir , This is with ref to my complaint last month about NOP deactivation. Even after complaining for the same on this forum ,this forum can't resolve it untill now only different AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM representatives reply to message that CONCERN HAS BEEN NOTED AND OUR TEAM IS EAGER TO RESOLVE IT.WE ARE RESTRICTED BY YOUR CONTACT DETAILS. AND some of them called me for the details they say that your problem will be soon rectified but even after ONE MONTH the problem is as it is. SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE THE OPERATOR W/O CHANGING MY NUMBER TO A RELIABLE ONE? AND LASTLY MY CONTACT DETAILS ARE AS GIVEN BELOW. THANKS AND REGARDS. They simply send SMS that ...Service has been activated and amount has been deducted from their mobile balance.
Moreover they ensure that customer can not even stop it by making such request process most complicated.At last I could not complete the stop request by replying to their multiple SMS for confirming the STOP request or contact their representative even after wasting a lot of time over it.
It is a frquently repeated problem . I am also waiting for phone number Portability to get rid of Airtel.
