dear sir, my name is achla singh n i use ur company airtel prepaid card. i have recharged my prepaid with Rs 225 isd low rates voucher but have not still got my balance. i have registered the complaint with customer care so many times but nothing has happened. my complaint no. is[protected]. i want my isd balance. its more than 2 weeks now but nothing has happened. I have also recharged my prepaid with Rs 225 isd low rates voucher but have not still got my balance.I cant even Check my ISD Bal because they didn't even Msg me the A/C No after Recharging .We are Frequently Calling Customer care but they are not responding.
