Airtel Prepaid — about customer care

Respected sir,
I was talk with customer care about chat belling .he is not register my complain my charges had deducted in chat function which is not activeted by me .Iam calling to customer care .he is not disativate my chat function and say me to call at 187 this number is not intilling .my cell no is [protected]. plese resolve my complain and refund my rupees who is diducted in chat function.

I have recharged yesterday with RC18 but it is not functioning, I want to talk to the Airtel about the problem but line is not getting connected to Airtel Customer Care.

Please help or I would switch over to another line
