my prepaid telephone no [protected]. few day by mistake i push the no 5 batton, than after message received thank you for subcribe. than after my less Rs 10. But yesterday one message received auto renwed for subcribe and less Rs 10. one thing without willing how can you auto renewd the message. this just cheeting to me. my prepaid telephone no [protected]. few day my account bal is dedected by RS.15. i have complent to custemercare but no action taken. from 4 days my balance is dedected by RS.15 per day.i have problem of activing of GPRS.when need to ACTIVATE GPRSwhen i sent GPRSACTto activate it cannot activate.it was cheating with us.i agree to refund my balance back.
I HAVE CHARGE RS15/DAY FOR THIS AUTO RENEWAL SAEVICE i have not activate this sevice but also it activated from airtelservices automatically i agee that action must be taken from u
