Airtel Prepaid — forcefully provide unwanted value-added service & balance deduction

I am using my Airtail perpaid connection mainly for internet browsing. Neither I use any other value added service nor I want to. But the company forcefully activating this services i.e. caller tune, miss calls alert etc without my knowledge and deducting charges from my balance. sir m a loyal customer of airtel from the last 3 years but instead of this airtel cheated wid me, the callertune of voice that is ek omkar which is forcefully setted to ma connection

either change ma hello tune or take back ur hello tune n revert ma money .

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unwanted Value added service deduction

I m user of prepaid connecton no [protected] , From my balance amount for valued added service is being deducted, although I have not asked for any facility, You are requested to look in the matter and refund the amount deducted illegally. Other wise I have take Help from Consumer Court , I have also logged a complaint in the coustomer care also.
