[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Charged but not provided Missed Call Alert Service

Hi I am a regular mobile user and due to my nature of work I need to be in constant touch with my client. I have just now relocated to Kolkata and I must say the network of Airtel is worse here in Rajarhat area. That too didnt bothered me much and I subscribed to Airtel's missed call alerts. Upto my surprise, the money was deducted but no alerts were forwarded to me. When I contacted customer care, they were just fooling around. Its been more than 15days and still no concrete step has been taken for my complaint. Please look into the matter and do the needful. As for me, I am going to ban Airtel connection in my office.
