I HAVE RECHARGED PREPAID AIRTEL CARD THROUGH HDFC NETBANKING JUST FOR TRIAL OF JUST RS 26 THEN I HAVE CHECKED BALANCE ON MY MOBILE ONLY RS15 FIFTEEN ADDED TO MY MOBILE THEN NEXT DAY ALL REMAINING AMOUNTT ATOMATICALY WIPED OF WITHOUT USING WHAT A BLUNDER SO DONT RECHARGE THROUGH NETBANKIG DR ASHOK DOSHI [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

AirTel — PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE

I have been following on complaint number [protected] since 26th Jun and no resolution happen yet. Here is details of my communication with Airtel:
On 26th morning I checked airtel web site, found that on Rs. 199 recharge I will get Lifetime validity & 95.02 Rs talktime (Downloaded PDF from airtel is attached).
I got a message with transaction number 35754824, saying that recharge has been completed successfully. But I didn’t get any validity & talktime.
Then I registered a complaint on 26th Jun with Bharath TM. Complaint number is [protected], he assured me that I will get a call back by 3PM on the same day, unfortunately I didn’t get any call.
Then I again called on 1st July and spoke to Prasad, he assured me that this will get resolved in 48 working hours. Call reference number is [protected], unfortunately nothing happened in that time period.
Then I again called on 3rd July and spoke to Shree, she assured me that this will get resolved in 48 working hours. Call reference number is[protected], unfortunately nothing happened in that time period as well.
Today morning I called again and spoke to Asha, she said I need to register one more complain, I said no I don’t want to register any new complaint, then she said she can’t help me. Call reference number is [protected].
Then I called to Nodel Officer (Mr. Madhu), he told me please send PDF & he will take care of this complaint.
It was really a frustrating experience dealing with Airtel.

I Have been observing for the last couple of years that the "Fruad' airtel co.is deleberately making fool to me by making prepaid subscription of Rs.100/-, I get Rs.80/-for which the offer says"Full Talk Time"Secondly I never subscribe for cricket,ring tones,songs,astrology & chat with females
etc.,suddenly I FIND that Rs.30/- is deduted from my balance account.
