Airtel Prepaid — charging Rs. 30/- wihout my subscription of Hello Tunes

airtel has charged Rs.10/per weak- for Hellow Friend chat without I have subscribed the same services, on my mobile number [protected] on[protected] at evening.

i sent sms to stop my hello tune, but airtel deducted Rs.10 for 10Days as i had only Rs.11

Dear Sir/Mam

I am Manoranjan Chinara from Bhubaneswar orissa. My complain is unfortunatelly automatic activated Airtel Radio in my mobile My mobile no is [protected]. i am feeling very guilty. so 2 to 3 times deducted from my account @30/-.
pls. deactivated the service immediatelly. other wise i stopped to ur airtel service.
