My airtel mobile no. is [protected]. This is Government Card on my brother's name who is working in High Court but currently using by me.
On Monday, the 14th September 2009, at around 9:30 am I have received SMS from airtel that on my mobile following services has been activated for which they have charged me and deducted from my balance. For activation of these services I have never sent SMS or contacted to customer care services.
Shaddi , Sports News, Naukari etc.
Immediately I called customer care service on 121 and Mr. Omprakash was on the line. I informed him regarding wrong activation of the above services. Mr. Omprakash informed me that the same will be deactivated and whatever deduction is made from my balance the same will be credited by 15th September 2009.
Since the amount was not credited till 1:30 pm on 15.09.2009, I have called up customer care on 121 and enquired about my refund with one lady who had informed me that credit will be given by 16.09.2009.
At 2:15 pm I have received call from Airtel No.[protected] and one lady was on the line. She had informed me that all above services has been activated from my side only hence no refund will be given to me.
I told her that I have not activated any services and such type of deductions are made earlier also but she had not listened any thing. She told me to visit nearest Airtel Gallary and she had disconnected the line.
I want to solve the problem once for all. Everytime they are deducting for some services which I am not interested and activated. I want refund for wrong deductioins done from my balance on 14.09.2009.
