My mobile no is [protected].By mistake i have started hello tunes.Now i want to stop this hello tune.Already i have tried for stoping of this hello tunes through message "STOP HELLO TUNE" but it did not work.so.I lossed 30 RS for two consecutive months.so please look into the matter.

Airtel mobile prepaid 9967915294 — To stop hello tunes immediately

I am trying vigorously to stop hello tunes charged to me on my airtel prepaid mobile. I have tried by way of return reply to SMS, voice recording message, fax, on telephone, online, but can't succeed. Despite this, again I have received SMS message stating that thank you for using hello tunes. I can't understanding, why Airtel not accepting such requests which I am not interested in. On the contrary, they are charging me for the services which are not useful to me. My mistake is, by mistake, one key has been pressed unknowingly from me which resulted in deducting the unnecessary charges by airtel mobile.
I reiterate to stop immediately the hello tunes and not to charge any amount of money on this account to me.

Airtel Prepaid 9892598489 — Hello tunes

Activated Hello tunes without my knowledge. Renewed the subscription. Executives in Customer Care just release the call, don't give any assistance. Will suggest Airtel To install automated machines at least they will provide information & take calls instead releasing it. Have been getting charged for unknown reason earlier too for which no explanation is provided.

Airtel GSM — Stopping Hello Tune

Sir,
I'm Airtel user since last 6 Year, and i'm using Hello tune services from last 4 year.
My Last Recharge for Hello Tune was 200 Rs at 19/08/2010, which has a validity of 12 Month.
but they stop my Hello tune in 14/01/2011.
and when i try to contact with Customer Care than they Disconnect my Call.
so please Solve my Problem as soon as possible....
