[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — deduction of balance without any usage

My no. is [protected] (airtel prepaid). I am using this no. from the last 3-4 years.As not using any internet services , my balance(10 paise) is deducting automatically after every 2-3 minutes. After calling customer care several times , they end up saying that i am using internet service on my phone ,, but actually i have stopped this service on my phone temporarily. The customer care executives put my call on hold , n then after that call has no answer or is disconnected. It is my humble request to solve this problem , as early as possible. GAUTAM MEHTA.

AirTel — Deduction of Balance without usage

Everday I got a message of deduction of 10 Rs. from my account for using Airtel WAP where as I even dont know what is this service and how to use this service. Even the customer care people's seems to have no knowledge about this complaint. Kindly turn off this service on my phone if somehow it has been activated or just help me out from this problem

on 28th Sep i received a message from AD-54321 stating that i've been charged Rs 60 for downloading java game,
but i never download any game & i don't even use airtel live.
So when i called Customer care to complaint about this they said that i will get back my Rs 60 in four hours.
after another 10-15 minutes , i got two more messages saying that i've been charged Rs 10 for downloading "curves to die for" & Rs 5 for "MulticontentStore_maya subscription service".
I had never subscribed for any other service from airtel , so i can't understand why they are charging me!.
so i called them again , on first time the call got disconnected , when i called second time , they told me that i will receive my deducted amount back.
i waited till evening , but never got back the balance.
when i again tried to call customer care , they blocked me form reaching to the CC executive , the calls got disconnected and every time i called i received a message from airtel to dial *121# to get balance &validity details.
my balance on that evening was Rs 19.75 .

on 29th Sep i again received a message form AD-54321 stating that i've been charged Rs 3 for "ModelsVideos_bella_club subscription service"
i just can't understand this how can they automatically activate any subscription and charge me for that.

Today when i checked my balance it was just "5 paise". I haven't made any call in these two days , nor have i sent any sms , so how did my balance got deducted?
so when i called customer care again today, they were telling me that i've used airtel live , so that's why i've been charged.
when i told them that i did not use airtel live or any of their service & I want my balance back other wise i would have to go to consumer court ,
They disconnected my call and again i'm blocked from talking to customer care executive.

I request you to see into the matter and provide me any help on this matter.
