[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Deleted my number due to negative verification | |||
Number Deactivation Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchase a airtel prepaid SIM card with valid document's after using 1 month company has bared my incoming and outgoing calls , i contacted customer care and come to know that due to negative verification of document they deleted my service, after providing all the related information on call and too many followups also not yet started my calls . From last 20 days I am not able to use my number AirTel fully stop my services. I contacted to ARC and come to know that due to negative verification they had Deleted my number from Database . I told him all the instaces which i am facing since last one week again he promised me to wait for again 72 hrs, there is still 150/160 rupees balance in my account .
