Airtel Prepaid — Extra charges levied for surfing browsing and not provide the detail of surfing. | |||
My airtel mobile no. [protected] got recharched with Rs.98/- (Unlimited GPRS Pack) on 11.06.2010, which was activated on the same day and i used Mobile Office settings to surf the internet. Every thing was right till sunday when i tried Airtel live to brows the net and wrongly subscribed Yahho Mail (Hovever it was not required) which costs Rs. 10 for 7 Days. OK I have no problem for the payment of yahoo subscription but i lost Around Rs. 20 for that and i need clarification for that from airtel. Immediately i chaged my phone setting from airtel live to mobile office and surfed yahoo mail through application which was downlodaed earlier. Within 5 minutes i lost Rs. 15/- from my calling value. As per airtel portal browsing is completely free for airtel live and charge of 30 Paies/20 KB is taken for internet browsing through airtel live and there should not be any caharges for internet surfing/browsing when unlimited GPRS pack is activated. Then i called customer care around 1430 hrs. with request reference no. [protected] where i found Mr. Deep who was just trying to make me fool by saying that u browsed net with airtel live settings throuhout. This is very obvious that i better know what setting i am using. Anyway he did not give any clarification regarding the issue and refused to provide surfing details which means there is some hidded cost livied. This is requested to provide my surfing/browsing details (Usage Data) and sunbscription information on my prepaid number. Regards Praveen Kumar Singh M.NO. Airtel — GPRS charges are levied
my mobile no:[protected]. I activated GPRS on 3rd March. I am usingRs.98/- monthly plan ( 2 GB ) download.But whenever I am using mobile
net sometimes charges are being levied .On same day few times
deducting from my free 2GB data. Why its happing, i try to call to
customer care(198) to speak to service executive after five to two
minutes IVRS saying dial *121# from mobile and disconnecting
automatically. After trying lot of times to contact over Ph:198 for
lodging the complaint the staff is hanging the phone for 10, 15, 7
minutes respectively. the complaint ref No: CBDMO2o[protected] is given
respectively. But still the problem is not resolved, money is
deducting from my balance some times.
Hoping my problem would be solved and waiting for a positive response
on 11 th March it was deducted Rs 8.50 around 10PM, It is one exemple
i have mentioned

for only balance purpose.
i didn't needed 3g service as not available in city.
inetrnet service used by me from long time.
very low service.
no speed
every time i was fraud by company cust care with some wrong info

4 times my money lost in internet without sending acknowdge.
not have specific time and date for this

AirTel — Unlimted internet surf
I got an offer " Unlimted internet download for just Rs 174.00 recharge". on that day i recharged the mobile with Rs.174.. there after, no internet acitivities and called the customer care and said "it takes 48 hours to get active".after 48 hours still it is not working. again i called to Customer care and said "it takes 48 office working hours to get active."
however, after one months, internet connection is not working. They are cheating the customers by sending offer messages. Same way "Missed call alert" is not working properly.
