Airtel-Prepaid — refusing to refund after disconnection
I had taken prepaid connection numbering [protected] from Airtel at Airtel malleswaram relationship centre about 3 months back.I had submitted Passport xerox as document.Now after three months suddenly they have disconnected the number .When I asked the customer care for the reason they said ,I did not resubmit the document.But i never got the intimation in the first place.Not even a single SMS or Call .First of all these people don't know that Passport is the most legitimate document a person can have in India.The surprising thing is now they are refusing to refund back remaining currency amount.

AirTel — Carelessness of customer care
HiI have been subscribed fot Airtel Cricket picture post without my permission
I have contacted many people in the customer care to unsubscribe the Airtel Cricket picture post, They said we will unsubsribe the same but all in vain.
They are collecting 30 Rupees/Month for this. I dont know why these people are not loyal to their company as this leads the customer to get irritated and change their sim to some other connections.
My humble request is Don't spoil your company's name and work to increase the customer or atleast dont loose the existing customer.

AIRTEL (PREPAID) — careless about customer
dear sir,5 days ago, when my call was ended I got information about airtel radio, but when I make call on giving no. they directly cut my 30 rs. from my main balance. When I tell about to customercare centre they told me that it is your problem. Means, it shows carelessness about customer in Airtel.
