Airtel Prepaid — poor service | |||
i ordered a broadband connection and was promised connection in 3 days,i provided all necessary documnts , but the airtel officer kept mis guiding me for 29 days…finaly said cant provide a connection..so i forwarded a complaint against him to his manager…As a result of which , my prepaid sim card of airtel was blocked,i was told to resubmit my documnts, still, sim card has been bloacked for last 15 days,even the nodal office refused help. i faced a huge loss on business as its my primary contact with clients. have no idea wat to do. my mobile no. i have been using Airtel NOP for more than an year but for the last 3-4 months, the signals of GPRS is not available in a radius of 2-3 km. Rs. 99 is being deducted every month, as i use it once/twice in my office(where network is available). I have registered the complaint with Customer Care. But my problem has not yet resolved .
