Airtel Prepaid — cutting unnecessary charges w/o inf | |||
Airtel network connectivity is very poor and i don't know what happen to them cutting unecessary charges. On saturday night rs 50 was gone from my balance account without informing me and this is not the first time. their customer care is also very poor. From last 2-3 months airtel service is very poor. I m thinking now of shifting to another operator and is influencing a lot of airtel customers. Airtel is forcing its customer to spread bad word of mouth about them. It is loosing its trust. I Active a new connection 5th September from airtel sim three month internet free of cost 18 hour my internet start
On tuesday evenig rs 36 was gone from my balance account without informing me and this is not the first time.
