[Resolved] Airtel - Prepaid Mobile — Hellotune | |
I am using Airtel prepaid card. On Jan 11, 2010I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543211.I just opened first SMS immediately money deducted from my account . Immediately I sms them to cancel the helloring tone and call the customer care no [protected] to unsubscribe this service. They assure me that they will do it but till date (13/1/2010) it is not done. Really fed up by this without our knowledge they change the hellotones and then charge us. Sir,A call come from your company regarding hellotune. after some I found a message regarding subscription of hellotune. Subscription of such service is provided in my mobile without taking my consent/confirmation. so, pls. deactivate the service & reverse the balance which has been charged by your company.
