NEPANAGAR ka rahawasi hu Mere airtel ke number [protected] me Date 26/01/2009 ko 89 Rs tha aur mere acount se Date 26/01/2009 and time 01:00 to 02:00 PM airtel live ki or se 75 Rs balance kam kar liya gaya aur mujhe airtel ke 54321 number se massage prapt hua ki 75 Rs downloading charge kam hua hai jabaki mere dwara kisi prakar ki net downloading nahi ki gai es sambandh me mene airtel custemer care me complaint ki thi parantu mujhe waha se uchit janakari nahi mili mera balance kaha kam hua eski puri jankari dene ki krapa kare yah balance galat tarike se kata gaya hai jisase mujhe asuwidha ho rahi hai meri samsya ka samadhan karne ki krapa kare dhanyawad "Rahul shinde" "Mo.No. [protected]" Was this information helpful? | |

Heoll, Mai ajit hu. Maine calling rate com karne ke liye company ki taraf se 1 month ke liye 8 Rs ka recharge kiya tha. But mere oh schme 1 month ke pahale hi khatam ho gaye hai. to maine customer care se bat karke pata Keya to oh bole ki kuch technical problem ki wajahse yha scheme band ki gaye hai. To use time mujhe oh 8 Rs. wafas de gaye the. or bola gaya tha ki app aye scheme chalu rakhane ke liye 26 ka recharge karo to apko 1 sal tak ye scheme calege. to maine 25 Dec. 2009 ko 26 ka recharge kya tha. oh mere scheme 4 Feb se band kar di gaye hai. to maine customer care se bad kari to mujehe bola gaya ki ham apki oh scheme chalu karenge. our jo balance apka 4Feb-8Feb tak kata hai oh wapas kar denge . iske liye mujhe 4 din custome care ko phone karma pad iske liye mere 5 rupees cut ho gaye.officer se bat karne ko bola to oh phone kat dete hai. Abhitak mujhe mera balance wapse nahi mila hai. Our unhone mere dialar tone bhe activate ki hai to uske mere 34Rs cut kar deye gaye hai. ise ke karan mera balance -9 Rs ho gaya hai.so plz help me
