[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — non-making of calls from landline/any other mobile connection to new airtel pre-paid connection

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN.

I booked a airtel pre-paid connection forRs.250/- on the day of 23rd March, 2008 and mobile no.[protected] was allotted and the number was activated after some time. But, I am constrained to say that no call is being made either from Landline Number/MTNL MOBILE CONNECTION/MTNL LAND LINE CONNECTION. The most surprising thing is that even the call made from Airtel prepaid connection is also not being made. This needs to be investigated and remedial action taken accordingly under intimation to the undersigned at the given email address.
Further a call made from airtel prepaid mobile No.[protected] is being charged @ Rs.2/- instead of Rs.1/-i.e. on 24th March, 2008 at 12:30 p.m.
Immediate necessary action is urgently required .
