Airtel — unauthorised deduction from prepaid connection
I am airtel pre-paid customer. On 22.10.2011, I received an SMS from AD-54888 stating that an amount of Rs.10 has been charged for missed call alert service. Again on 11.11.2011 Rs.30 has been charged on account of the said service renewal I have never requested for this service. This is totally illegal. When contacted through service centre, no proper reply was given. Request to refund my amount forthwith.42%

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unauthorised deduction
I am ritesh using u r prepaid coneection no.[protected] , I hve not download any game from u r Tadak live then also u hve deducated my balance, when i compliant to u r custumer care they said I hve activated at 7.30 am, & message come on 9.40 am or its possible that any service which ahs been acttivated at 7.30 am & message has sent at 9.40am & these happening from Two months u r deducating my balance without ant activation, these is not coorect & making me to change my service
