[Resolved] Airtel / Prepaid Mobile Connection — mobile showing invalid sim | |||
Taken airtel prepaid connection(mob no.- [protected]/sim no[protected]) in May last by giving all relevant documents. After five days outgoing stopped. I complained to customer care , the request reference no. was [protected]. After seven days the mobile showing invaklid sim. Then I emailed to airtel complaint cell. Mr. Manoj from Calcutta contacted me on my alternate no. [protected] and told submit the documents again otherwise you will loose your number permanently and your no. will come in the market and will be given to anyone. Because I am a defence personnel , for the same reason we are not reissued the service certificate. So I am unable to submit the documents again. So you tell me if your company personnels are showing so casual attitude and not taking care for the customers documents ; Why I should be harrased. Airtel / Prepaid Mobile Connection — Renewing Cricket News Subscription on its own and deducting money
I have an airtel prepaid connection [protected]. Some weeks earlier i started the WeeklyCricketPack, TestBasedService on this connection. It started at that time. After one week i got the message that "You have been renewed for (WeeklyCricketPack, TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel STK. You have been charged Rs 10(From Number[protected].After that I compliained to the customer care and asked them to stop this service. They told me that a request has been made and the service will be discontinued from the next week. But again on 17th March 2009 I got the same message and the money deducted from my account. What is this ? Is this the way the company should work ?
