[Resolved] Airtel / Prepaid Mobile — Deduct Amount Rs 122 | |||
Sir, Myself Avish Aggarwal I am the owner of Mobile Number [protected] Airtel Punjab. I am very harassed from the AIRTEL Mobile Prepaid Provider. Tomorrow dated[protected] night (11:30 PM) my account balance is Rs. 123.94 Paisa and the early morning when i pick my mobile to call someone the messsage is that u have below minimum balance and that time i have only Balance is Rs. 1.94 Paisa. I am also harassed from customer care executive Mr. Chohan Working in Delhi/NCR Airtel customer Service. That person say i am helpless to do the needful for you this deduction is genuine. Sir My request to you is that please punish this company (AIRTEL) to very heavy amount for future they don't do the same Please return back my balance only 122 Rs. R/SIR,WITH THIS COMPLAINT I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS CO.,
SPICE-IDEA, MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected] BUT DUE TO UN-NECESSARY DEDUCTIONS, I LET THE PHONE ONLY WITH ITS VALIDITY, BUT I RECHARGE THE SAME IN THE MONTH OF DEC-08 WITH RS. 225/- BUT WITHOUT CALLING OR USING THE MOBILE CO. HAD DEDUCTED MY TOTAL BALANCE WITH NIL AMOUNT AND I AGAIN RECHARGE THE SAME WITH ITS NEW PLAN OF RS.50/- AND REDUCED THE DAILY RENT AND I RECHARGE WITH RS.50/-, BUT WITHOUT ANY TOO MUCH CALLING MY BALANCE IS
NILL, WHEN EVER I TRY TO CONTACT AT SERVICE CENTRE ALL THE TIME THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE IS BUSY .ALL THE TIME THEY DISTURB AND CALLED FROM DIFFERENT MOBILE AND LAND LINE NOS.
PL HELP ME AND GUIDE ME.
