[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service — Activation of bol bol pack without subscription

hi
I am regular user of airtel prepaid mobile from 1.5 years. On 17/01/2008 bol bol pack was activated without subscription and they didn't tell anything nor sent sms about it.
when I contact customer care they asnwer that we can not accept your complaint. The person was prabhat(superviser) from ahmedabad bharti telecom branch. so what should I do for getting my money back?

Airtel — deduct my balance without subscription of bolbol pack

Sir, My name is Kateshiya Amitkumar Parsotambhai, My mobile number [protected]. I have found deduction of 17=00 Rs. From my account balance on dated 07/12/07 without subscription of any facility, So contact to Airtell care (121)

From above Mr akash was told me that 34=00 will credited but another day Mr jit ahir was told that My Akash writing for only 17=00 Rs.????. And Respose from Mr Jit ahir was very poor I was asked that if Balance will not credit than what should I do? Them he replied me that You can do whatever you want????.Mr Mahipal Raval was tol me that he can not give conversation id to me. Than tell me that if you person can not give me conversation id than who will give?????.
Due to my complain is under process from 07/12/07 to 19/12/07 so I had contact to my retailer Mr. Ketanbhai , Tanna STDPCO bhayavadar, T-upleta, D-rajkot for taking e-mail address for complain so he contact to his superior but he also fail. So from internet I am taking your mail address and complain to you.
So, This is your kind information and necessary action. Total of 7 time I contact to you but my complain is pending and waiting for your reply Please help me……….

I am realy sorry to say that the services provided by airtell are not satisfied as it was earlier. i am agree with the above commpainer.It happens with hundred of people. i have been a regular user of this service since five years. I had so many bitter experiences. i would like to mention the new one.I had the post paid connection no [protected] in the name of my husband Darshan singh. second no [protected] and third pre paid number [protected] are also in the name of darshan singh. As the plan for the first number did not suit me and i got it converted into pre paid on december 26,2008. i had paid the balance amount and recharge amount against my previous number [protected] on the same day.but till the date inspite of my repeated requests activation to this number has not been done which is painful for me. can u do little favour for me.

most respect fully i sadique wat to say that an amount of 15 Rs has been dedectet in my no. [protected] at 3 .04
by giving un desire service t had request many time for deactivation but we had not find any help from them.
I[censored] could n`t any kind of help then i will change ur network my unfartunately.
I hope that u return my money by which can use ur service for ultimate
