Sir Today 7:15 pm,I have recharged my mobile by rs. 50 And get balance rs. 40 and at 8:40 pm I have received message that Some value added services activated and net balance Avaible rs 11 only and during this time I have not expend my call balance And not activate any value added service And at 9:00 pm I have discuss this problem with airtel cus.care but they deny to refund the balance Pla help me to get by balance back.
