[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid Mobile SIM Card — deducted amount from my airtel account | |
My age 62 years no income sources, so my married daughter send some amount mothly to me. I have one handset to speak with her. my airtel sim no.[protected], yesterday[protected] night @9.30 i recharge Rs. 150/- I got full amount to speak. Daily I sleep @ 11pm & getup @ morning 5.30 for yoga. to day[protected] I getup at same time I want to speak with my daughter and I shocked to see that one airtel message was on screen that you download jawa game so we duducted Rs. 93/- from your account. how it is possible.small amount Rs.one also very costly for me & there is nobody with me who touch my handset & download or make call to others. so I request to reasponsible person of airtel please send my amount as soon as. dont take amount from other mobiles a/c like this..Amount of Rs.one also very costly for some peoples like me thanks for nice service. i am rohit ray i am repeatedly getting message from 64611010 every twice or thrice in a month and after i receive the message Rs 10 /message is been deducted from my mani balance. i have complained several time to customer srevice but of no use thes that call after few hours i have not received the complete data or even they dont understand my problem that how to solve my problem .i am totally frustrated by the deduction of my balance . plz do something.

Airtel Sim Card — Deduct amount from my sim
airtel prepaid sim card :Deduction of Rs 99/-I have Mobile no [protected] On[protected] at midnight 01.30 am I received a message from 54321 "Thanks for downloading Jawa Game. You have been charged 99/- Rs”. How these unknown services deduct amount from my account because I did not downloaded any think, I make complaits to executive officer Name:Raficq he promised that u will receive ur deducted amount till 9th march10 but till today there is no any reasponce from them again I make another complain after 9th miss. Chitra executuve was on line she shocked me if you blame airtel I will stop ur mobile service.
dear reasponsible officer will u look after this matter & return my amount.

hi i want the details of my prepaid no. [protected] . i want call details of 2 months and time and time duration also.
THey scammers now waste dont use them use with me many times bad response when i ask refund

Airtel Sim Card — Deductions of amounts
I have airtel connections in my father name (Satish Sarin) bearing the scheme of 99 for one year and then life long free .Period of one year is over long back and recently I recharged my card for 100 and talk time displayed 86 after which I made call of 5 displayed and balanced remaining 54.I couldn`t get calculations difference.Also, I am getting repeated silly jokes and deductions of 1.50 daily.Sometimes also get message amount 30 has been from U`r account.I am confused about deductions from reputed company of airtel.I am in Pune and when I ask Airtel personnal in Pune I`m getting reply that my mobile is of Mumbai so I have to contact mumbai.Airtel has a big communication network and I really don`t know why the complaints are not taken in Pune.
