Airtel Prepaid No.[protected] — daily Rs.10/- less for my balance

dear sir,
my mobile no.[protected], my camplaint to airtel prepaid customer car, my complaint is that no airtel live no gprs activat but last 3 day Rs. 10/- less in my mobile balance so first day less Rs. 10/- suddenly I talk with customer care but not response me and reply to go airtel office so that I am go airtel office but they asking me you call to customer care so poor response for me,
so, I hope that you are result my complaint & receiveing my mobile balance back.
