[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Regarding Caller Tune

Sir/Madam, My name is Aditya and my no. is [protected], I was changed my caller tune on 15.09.2010 but still my caller tune is same which I was set 1st and in my cell your customer care executive cut Rs. 15 to set of caller tune charge... many times I called your customer care no. and he/she said your caller tune problem will be solve after few times.

But still I face same problem in my cell...if within a day you solve my problem so its better otherwise I will complain against you in consumer court.

We want to set caller Tune (Radhe Krisna ke jyoti alokik, tino lok mein chaye rahe hain. Bhakit bibash ki prem pujarin phir dip jalaye rahe hain). what we have do for set it. plz. provide me code as far as?

BEFORE THREE DAYS YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CALLED MY HOME NUMBER[protected] AND SAID YOU ARE SPECIAL CUS. AND YOU ARE SELECTED ON COLLER TUNE AND SENT US 15 RS. PER MONTH CHARGES MY WIFE CALLED THEM WE ARE NOT INTRESTED ANY SCHEM AND COLLER TUNE BUT, YOUR REPRESENTATIVE FORCED US WHY WE ARE NOT ACTIVETED TUNE AFTER 3 DAYS AUTOMATICE THEY DECUCTED 15 RS. ON MY PREPAID BALACE AND GENRATE CILLERTUNE IS IT FACT? WHY ARE U CHETING TO US I DONT AGREE WITH YOUR THIS TYPE OF GUNDAGARDI.
