[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Use Abusive words from customer care office | |||
I am owning prepaid AirTel mobile number for last seven years I had decided to change my network by portabilitiy system. After some days,i get a call from chennai reginal office to know my status. i really frustated about the concern speech of that person. He dont know how to speak to customer with respect manner. i try to ask his name but he was not replied . Now after much frustuation, I have gone for second line. Its my advice that try to satisfy your customer instead of money earning. Put responsible person on your customer care. Please register my complaint . Was this information helpful? | |||

Dont think that the Issue was resolved.i am very disappointed about the customer services from your side.try to give good service to your customer instead of money earning.i dont want to lodge complaints because it's merely waste of time(for both).
I am very Happy with my second Network(obviously Not Airtel).

Airtel Prepaid — word subscription
my mob no is [protected] airtel prepaid.i am being contineuosly being debited Rs 10.00 for word pack subscription, which i have not opted and requested. without my knowledge tjis charges are debited from my airtel recharge account. kindly take action for cancelling this subscription debit and revive back my money immedietly.
