[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Fraud from Airtel prepaid

I had taken airtel lifetime prepaid connection after submitting all the documents from Airtel Stores and the number alloted by them was [protected]. It worked for few days and suddenly stopped working. Today when I went to the shop and enquired about the same, they said they don't know anything. Then I called 999 and came to know that the number was discontinued. I had a balance of Rs.900 in that phone which they refused to refund. I don't understand how a company like airtel can do such frauds (giving the connection and then forfeiting customer's money?)
