air tel prepaid mobile — CHARGING EXTRA CHARGES

I HAVE REGISTERD MY SELF WITH 1AIRTEL SPECAIL CONTACT NO:[protected] @20 PAISE AND RENTAL @15 PAISE PER DAY
BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT MY RENTAL IS CHARGING @ RE 1/-PERDAY

Airtel Prepaid — no roaming

there is no outgoing calls or sms on my phone during national roaming. when i send an sms, it is saying barred. calls are not going through. how do i activate roaming on my sim?
